I've been using their IT Related Toolkits for a year or so for my customers, very accurate, good value and the customer service is superior to many other suppliers I've had to use over the years. Test a sample of their documentation, speak to them, try out one of the better documentation suppliers on the market.

The Certikit was really helpful as a accelerator for our ISO 27001. If has a clear structure and organization and well thought templates. It does not replace the need for a sound approach and commitment to security, but it is for sure a great help.
