I was absolutely thrilled with the service I had from Decorative and Homley at Belper. Wayne ( who I met in the store) came out to measure up for a quote, he was professional, very helpful and the quote was very competitive. The flooring in the open plan lounge, kitchen, diner was fitted in May, promptly when they said it would be. I went for Harvey Maria “Coppice “ which looks stunning with a Waterhouse blue insert in the kitchen area which is absolutely gorgeous, very eye catching.I’d seen it advertised in the Harvey Maria catalogue, they did nt stock HM but they went out of their way to source and supply it for me. The owner and another lovely member of staff laid it and it was all completed very promptly and professionally. They also laid stunning carpet in the bedrooms and hallway. I’d highly recommend them. Excellent service absolutely love my karndean flooring

Recently had our stairs, landing and bedrooms carpeted. Wayne and the guys did a really good job and I was happy with the result and pleased with the colour as well. The carpet feels so plush under my feet. Will be back to do the living room later on maybe in LVT or laminate flooring. Would definitely recommend! Special thanks to Wayne for his honesty and not trying to sell me things I didn’t need (like some other carpet companies tried to do).

When I went into the shop and got a quote for new flooring, I was assured that glue would be removed from the old flooring around the skirting. When the workmen arrived they said they couldn't do this. I asked them to leave and wanted my money back. After a week they found someone to do this. The whole process took 2 weeks. The floor looks fine but I was not impressed with the communication and confusion.

Decided to have artificial turf fitted as we have 2 large dogs. Decorative and homely supplied and fitted this and did a fabulous job . They worked really hard and finished in the stated time. Thanks again lads for a great job. .
