Have hired a few times, this time we had a 50th birthday here. Venue chosen due to outdoor space, which the children really enjoyed. Clean venue, easy booking system, good affordable price. Will definitely hire again.

Booked belper community hall for my wife’s secret retirement party, very reasonable prices, good sized room, and chairs/tables are all in a nice clean almost new condition, we provided our own catering, but the people who run it happily recommended caterers if we needed them, I’d happily recommend or definitely use again, many thanks belper community hall for helping make my wife’s day special.

We booked the Hall for a birthday party. The response to the enquiry was very quick and was handled efficiently with prompt communication with the booking manager. The Hall is a good space, it is clean and well-kept, and the cost of renting is not too high. I would not hesitate to hold another event here (in fact we have had a previous family event here a number of years ago) and I would recommend using the hall to anyone looking for similar facilities.

Great place, good value for money to hire per hour. The large room is ideal for the discos we hold on a regular basis for people with learning disabilities. Off road parking, kitchen facilities, disabled access etc. Nice, friendly, helpful people to book with too. I highly recommend this venue

Easy and everything we needed for 3rd birthday party. Organised with Derbyshire Toy Library and they delivered the toys straight to venue. Set up was therefore very easy. Kitchenette, tables and chairs there. So we just needed to bring food and plates. They had ceramic stuff - just didn't trust the toddlers! Staff arrived to let us in. Very quick to respond to enquiry and questions over the phone too. Would highly recommend.

We hired the hall for a 3rd birthday party. Brilliant space with lots of space for the children to run round & play. Great to have use of the tables & chairs to set up how we needed. Really well equipped kitchen & parents appreciated being able to make a hot drink!

We booked Belper Community Hall for our daughter’s 6th birthday party. A lovely space, easily accommodated the entertainer and disco, plus tables and chairs for food. Booking was very easy, good kitchen area, the team of staff running the venue are all volunteers and do a great job. A fabulous time was had by all! Highly recommended!

We had my daughters christening after due at the hall and it was big enough for our massive families. We used the kitchen for hot drinks and there was loads of chairs and tables available. The volunteer who met us was helpful and we had everything we needed, we’d definitely use again

Transition Belper had a great time at Belper Community Hall for our third year of Apple Day. It's a great space where we were able to have stalls, activities and games outside on the lawn...whilst the inside was a bright airy space for tasting apples, crafting activities, and for people to sit and chat over cake and coffee, all served using the kitchen which opens up to the hall, like a café. Thank you for having us!

We recently held a Christmas Wreath Workshop at the hall & the space was absolutely perfect. Easy access to the hall with onsite parking, kitchen facilities for drinks and more if needed, along with all the tables and chairs you could need. The hall was very clean, as were the toilets and kitchen too. The booking system was easy and everyone was really friendly. The deposit was also back in our account before we even thought about it!! We would certainly not hesitate to hire the hall again in the future and hope to be back before too long with another class or two. Thanks again! Twisted Willow Florist
