No words can express how I feel about Thomas Ryde & son. Sadly we lost our loving mum at Christmas 2022. She always spoke highly of them from experience, so sadly when she past they were the ones we went to. I understand why now, the service they gave us was exceptional. I remember going for the first time to see mum, and wanting to kiss her, sadly being short in hight, I could not reach her, but that was made possible thanks to Mark and Michelle for the ladders 😊 Anything we wanted was there, nothing was to much trouble. Sadly I lost my mum and best friend, but one thing for sure, I have two new friends now. Thank you Mark & Michelle for being you and all you have done for us. We love you you always go that extra mile 😘

Thank you to Mark and the team for offering such professional, kind and attentive services when we needed them the most. Mark was able to meet with us the next day after calling and spent over and hour helping us curate the perfect send off for our dad. The whole Thomas Ryde & Sons team were always on hand to answer questions and offer recommendations. But, most importantly, on the day of our dad’s funeral they made us feel in good hands and that we could focus on saying goodbye, while they took care of the rest. Mark was professional, attentive and supportive following the death of my husband. The Covid lockdown meant that there were restrictions around the funeral. Mark and his staff organised a wonderful celebration of my husband's life by webcasting it to many people who could not attend and allowing our son to be part of the ceremony via video link from New Zealand. I lost my mother in October. Mark and his team was kind, thoughtful and extremely professional in their handling of all the arrangements including assisting my father who to was very ill on the day. Unfortunately I also lost my father 2 weeks after mom's funeral. Mark and his team went that extra mile and attended our home to take my father into their care. We cannot thank Mark at Thomas Ryde enough for the service he provided us with for my Grandfather's funeral earlier this year.
