First visit was a Christmas present from my daughter in 2022 and had my toes done - results were amazing and lasted months. Second visit called them and they fitted me in, in less than an hour for removal of acrylic nails done by another nail salon in King Street who messed up my nails totally. Sapphire Nails removed the awful wonky, bumpy acrylics, cleaned up best they could, and sealed my nails with clear varnish. All done within my lunch time and reasonable price. Place is clean, has a positive vibe and plenty of polite staff who know their nails. I recommend this place.

Great at what they do, however a little more cleanliness and communication to clients would create a better more relaxing experience..

Good prices. Cleanliness is poor. Customer next to me got offered a drink i think because the staff member doing her nails could speak a little more English than the others. Walk-in availability is great.

Great service friendly staff, can't recommend them enough. If you want bespoke design they're able to them, as well as classic French.

My 1st experience of nails, had full set of Acrylics & french polish with pretty flower designs. I'm realy pleased with them. The receptionist was so friendly & very helpful with advice, we had a lovely chat. The guy who did my nails was very friendly & professional, he did the design I showed him & was really good to watch how he transformed my nails, very relaxed atmosphere. They were so busy but he didn't rush.value for money. I shall be back to Saphire if I decide to have my nails done again. Thank you so much. Can highly recommend. Service: Manicure

I have been to this place for nearly 3 years now and they are wonderful. My nails always on nice shape and long lasting like ages. So calm in the salon when you have your nails done with nice piano music and a cup of tea. Would deffo trust these nail tech especially the people have been there long time, they always smash the work 😍
