Had a product enquiry. The robot said they can't give them. Haven't got the time to do it, down to money again. What happened to customer services?

Great store, with friendly, helpful staff and massive variety of goods all under one roof.

There was no staff there, had to wait at the til for almost 20 minutes as there was a long line. not ideal when you are just popping in for something. Also the plants, why does no one take care of them in B+M stores. Often they are reduced to clear, and a good water is all they need.

Plenty of variety of stock in store. always seem to be able to pick up a bargain. The staff are always friendly and very helpful when needed. A very handy store for dvery thing from toiletries to toys. From food and drink to home furnishings and DIY. Large carpark and good disabled access. Staff will help load larger heavier items into your car

Lots of choice and some really good offers. But be aware it is very stuffy and hot in store . Need air conditioner.

Great selection of foods and products for the home and garden. Things for the kids too. Reasonably priced. Great car parking.

Saw a new item on line which I'd set my heart on (a lovely caravan bird house for an 80th birthday present) but couldn't find it in store. The assistant took the product number from my phone and was back shortly with an entire box of what I needed and unpacked one for me. She even offered me some bubble wrap for it from the packing box. It was such a refreshing change from other stores who's staff just say 'if it's not in the shelf we haven't got any'.
Thank you.

Very nice store with lots of bargains. However, the experience was ruined by the staff at the till. She was too busy speaking to her colleague to turn and look at me to give me my receipt. Just gave it to thin air

Woman opened a new till today as I was passing the end and I went to put things on the belt and she said, "No" and turned her back to me and pointed to a different queue. She then proceeded to put through everyone else's shopping whilst I queued somewhere else.
I was confused and went back to try and get some clarity after my shopping went through on another till and I explained I have a disability which affects communication (she might have carried on talking when her back was to me but I couldn't hear/process) and she just went "mmm, right" and didn't say another word.
Confused as anything and felt like a naughty schoolgirl. What on earth?
