If you're thinking of buying a Peveril Home, consider joining one of the many Facebook community groups and read the comments. It's also worth noting that very few of the Google reviews are recent. Peveril are dreadful company. Build quality is non existent and there's no accountability. We have 140+ snags, mould in our kitchen, utility and ensuite, a garage wall that's leaning in and legal boundaries in the wrong place. The staff are incompetent, rude and dishonest. Avoid.

We moved into Fairfields estate back in June now and absolutely love our beautiful new home. Everything about it was perfect. Upgrades were done free of charge to our flooring by the builders. There’s been no snagging issues or shrinkage whatsoever. High quality specs as standard on our beautiful Wymeswold. Amazing builder - no issues whatsoever since moving in. We moved in bang on time, no delay. Any issues we’ve had (very minor) Peveril have sorted within a week. They even sent a carpet cleaner round free of charge after we’d moved in to clean our carpet in the hall for us as move in day was messy! Layla at the show home is amazing - wonderful customer service. Peveril genuinely make you feel like a valued customer and appreciate your custom - would recommend to anyone 100%! We recently purchased a new property from Peveril Homes at Flagshaw Pastures. We are thrilled with our new home and cannot compliment them enough. They put all other new build developers to shame. Firstly, Julie, the sales exec is an absolute star. From the moment we first got in touch, she has gone above and beyond to make sure we were kept up to date on the progress of our purchase. The specifications, standard of build and quality of bathroom/kitchen etc fixtures and fittings attracted me out the outset. Having recently moved in, the finished home has exceeded my expectations.. We've recently moved into our new home at Flagshaw Pastures, Kirk Langley, the Peveril homes site. From start to finish we have always been impressed with the way in which we were kept updated. We had lots of information at the start of the process and then throughout had documentation when necessary otherwise phone call updates from Julie in the sales team. Every query was always answered very quickly and professionally. We could go up to see the home at various points without any issue and was given plenty of time per visit. We were given a full and extensive tour of our home once completed by Ben the Site Manager and Julie ,so that we could ask any questions that we had remaining. We would highly recommend Peveril for any new home buyer, friendly, helpful and proficient ...excellent quality home and overall experience. Highly recommended

We recently purchased our forever home at Forest Heights through Kim. We were originally told we would move in during September but we were in by the end of July! When we moved in we paid to have a professional snagging company come round to do an inspection who said that if all houses were to the quality of ours, he wouldn’t have a job. He was extremely impressed by the quality and finish and this reflected in his report findings. We are extremely happy here and every member of staff we’ve dealt with on site have been polite and accommodating. We have now booked in to have the few snags found rectified at a time to suit us. When we reserved our house unfortunately the options had already been chosen and after enquiring to change a couple of things, this is something that couldn’t be done. We genuinely can’t recommend or praise Peveril Homes more!
