I had a water emergency and I called Ian. Never used or spoke to Ian before, but after explaining by burst broken tap he said he could come over & help ASAP. Ian had me sorted within the hour. I had contact with Ian to look at fixing my boiler for a property that I rent out. He was good on the phone, contacted the tenants and said to me that the cost was going to be around £200 to fix after seeing the boiler. He said that he was waiting to get the part and then would fix it that week. 3-4 weeks later and still no communication and the boiler is still broken. This is my experience with this company.

Don't appreciate my time being wasted. Waited patiently twice for this guy to phone me back to confirm a date for him to come round and assess my plumbing issue. Managed to get in contact with him, said he would phone me back in 5 minutes, he never did. If he didn't want the job, he should have had the courtesy to tell me so. Not reliable and cannot recommend.

Ian recommended two types of combi-boiler, illustrating the pro's and con's of each and we decided on his advice on the best combi for size of our property. When it came to installation, Ian made sure we were prepped on what to expect, time frames and he was always courteous and a good listener. Arriving as agreed 1st thing, and putting in 2 full days work. The work was completed within the 2 days, to a very high standard, and we were confident to leave Ian & Steve alone in our home to get on with their work. There was zero mess afterward, and I believe Ian & Steve take great pride in the craftmanship and the quality of their work. There are others out there who bamboozle and try it on, we got 3 quotes and Ian Woodward's gave us the confidence to choose his company above the other two, who were ok but didnt instill confidence.
