I had a nose piercing over 4 months now, and still hasn't healed,it's scabbing really bad looks absolutely discusting .I did exactly as I was told for the after care. I contacted same to ask if she could look at it to see if there's a problem or infected to which she replied you need to go to your GP, meanwhile I've been to the pharmacist and was told it shouldn't look like this, this isn't acceptable after I paid a lot of money to have this done.

My first appointment with sam ,had an acid peel plus facial ,loved it so relaxing and can see the results straight away ,deffo recommend ,sam is very friendly and proffesional ,looking forward to my next visit ,Exellent 👍👍👍Lisa R

Took my two daughters for ear piercing yesterday and they are both really pleased with them. Sam was lovely and chatted with the kids and put them at ease. She fully explained all the aftercare etc. Everything was super clean and the space was lovely and welcoming. Thank you 👍🏻

The piercing she put in was too small, when it got infected as it was growing in she said she was too busy to help. I had to go to another shop to have it removed, they couldn’t believe the work that had already been done and warned if I left it much longer I’d of been in hospital. Also charged me £70 for a service other places charge £10 for (didn’t know at the time).

Visited today for a conch piercing. Sam was brilliant and explained the process and aftercare really clearly. The piercing itself barely hurt and looks great now. Definitely recommended!

Sam was amazing, can't recommend enough. I had 2 piercings daith and conch and she took the time to talk about it and make sure both piercings would be dafe and look good. The studio is very relaxing and I would highly recommend Sam for piercings. I will be going back soon for henna eyebrows!
