Very pleased with the care mum receives. The staff are always attentive, pro active and helpful. Lots of activities to keep her busy and the atmosphere is always friendly.

visited the hucknall home today to visit my .was approached by the general manager to say I couldn't see her because of 1 case of influenza.when I explained I had not seen her for a while because of a heavy work schedule was told I could have 10 minutes. then entering the lounge I could see other visitors who hadn't been told they couldn't visit there relatives. could not see any evidence in the Hour I stayed of any procedures to prevent infections being passed .but did see some bad practices of passing it on . if my mother was in prison or hospital I could visit her .what right as the manager to decide who can visit and who can't. my mother was happy to see me and me her

My husbands brother Michael Yates was in this home ,l would like to say whot a fabulous home this is ,nothing was to much trouble your care staff and nurses are a credit to the home ,the short time michael was with you you all shown compassion and my husband and my self would like to say a big thank you to you all
