Stopped off for a coffee and a bite whilst in Belper. Lovely cozy little place. I had a quiche and salad and my wife had the goats cheese toastie. I'm not a big salad fan but sadly diabetes forces me. Gutted as the hand made chocolates and cakes had me climbing the walls. I'm sure I saw some of my favourite pastel de nata too! Super food and drink. Thanks.

Lovely cafe, nice food and drinks. I was happy to see a variety of vegan chocolate and cakes.

There are a lot of cafés in Belper and u haven't visited them all. I'm not likely to now as I can't imagine finding one as lovely as this one. Lots of lovely goodies, friendly service and a very tasty fet and chive scone. Good coffee too.

We went there this morning . It was busy but we were served very quickly . We both had a coffee and scone , jam and cream . It came warmed , with a generous amount of jam and lovely thick cream. They were very reasonably priced and mine was gluten free and was the best gluten free scone I've had in a long time . We will definitely be back . Staff were very nice too. We have returned many a time since and it's now the only place we have a coffee or a tea in Belper . Been this morning in fact and sat outside in the sun with a delicious scone .

Absolutely love this place, owner run and it shows. Presentation is great, portions are great, food is great, prices are great. Support local I say! We have had many different things off their menu and cannot fault any of it. Even down to the coffee, seems to taste much nicer than the national coffee shops. Be warned though, you will no doubt end up buying some of those handmade chocolates in the counter before you leave. Highly recommended cafe in the lovely town of Belper.

A beautiful little cafe situated in the middle of belper. Had a lovely cappuccino and a scone with cream and jam. Caters for gluten free which is great. Friendly staff and the cafe has a lot of character.

Love this little cafe, staff are lovely and the food is delicious. So much attention to detail, with homemade chocolate flakes in the hot drinks (customisable!!! white/milk/dark) and an amazing choice of lunchy foods, whether you're looking for something sweet or savoury (I had a salmon cream cheese sandwich with (incredible) carrot and coriander soup). There is always a new soup, cake and scone of the week in new/interesting flavours, and I once had an amazing freakshake there (pictured; though I'm not sure if they are still on the menu).

Really nice cafe, great food, coffee and friendly service, we tried some savoury scones with our drinks which were excellent. Happily recommend and will definitely revisit when passing through this pleasant historic town.

I had the loveliest salad followed by a taster plate of gluten free cakes. A good menu with choice of gluten free meals. All cakes are home made & delicious. Very friendly staff. A relaxing place to visit. I shall be going back soon. Try it, you won't be disappointed
