I visited the store recently and was served by the manager Martin. He was extremely helpful and gave me some excellent advice regarding my purchase. I would highly recommend this store.

Good service although sometimes out of stock. But offer alternative items. Can't fault the staff. Keep your eye out for banging offers

Went in for a shower head and flexible hose with my normal vagueness about size et cetera. Was helped out by assistant Tommy he was very patient very professional and very very helpful. This is a regular experience. I have at Belper tool station.

I went into the Belper branch on Saturday and then again today 21/3/2023, spoke to El on both occasions, top draw service , couldn't of helped me more, very polite, very knowledgeable.

I was not expecting much when I gingerly returned a 10-month-old Karcher hoover that had developed a fault. However, the manager couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. A refund or exchange was offered without quibble and I ended up buying a multi tool having had some further excellent advice. I would definitely recommend Toolstation and the Belper branch in particular. Great service, helpful and surprised me when I was expecting to be sent packing. Thank you!
