Quality products, sold by knowledgable staff, and with great customer service: they have been so fast and friendly with their replies any time I have had a question. The returns process is easy too (I made the mistake in one order, but they were really helpful in processing and refunding the return). I'm done with buying cheap and buying twice: Sound Dynamics are always my first port of call! (Their Xcise Fitness Headset is *chef's kiss* and trounces all others on the market for me).

I am in no way technical, I am a fitness professional and have no clue about air waves and wires! But Sound Dynamics patiently have helped to set up my system, and answer any sound and technical questions. I would recommend them to any one.

First time ordering from Sound Dynamics. As a freelance fitness instructor for over 25 years, I needed a replacement Trantec Headset. Looked on Amazon, but SD were £30 cheaper so ordered from them. Ordered on Thursday, arrived Saturday.
I teach 12 Aqua Aerobics classes a week. I was looking for a replacement portable sound system. Messaged them at the weekend not expecting a response until they re-opened on Monday. They responded immediately answering all my questions and helping me make the right decision on which was the right system for me and my needs.
Ordered the recommended Sound System on Sunday, arrived on Tuesday! My classes have been given a massive boost! Fantastic clear sound!!!!
First class, prompt customer service! Will be using them all of the time now for all of my sound system and microphone requirements.
If you’re a fitness instructor, don’t go anywhere else! These guys are the best!

A mixture of stylish sells man and greedy company. This company is still using royal mail despite of the impact of covid on parcel deliveries .It took 21 days for a 12 pounds part to arrive. The item was not tracked either. SD refused to send another part with another courier and told me i had to wait 14 days (Working days! )and that was royal mail policies on claiming lost items. Asking about their own policies, SD avoided answering. last June they sold me an item that is apparently a "budget" item so according to SD i should not be surprised if the item had broke 3 times in 4 months! wow , the product item is one of their brand and when i purchased the item i was never asked if i wanted a budget equipment price. My foreign accent and very little knowledge in audio equipment probably make SD assume that i couldn't afford better ! Additionally should budget items break 3 times in 4 months? Ironically the part that took 21 days isn't the part they said was probably defective. Two of my colleagues had issues with the same equipment. However they were led to buy more stuff . I went away and got every think i needed delivered the next day and a brilliant respectful phone support. My business is now running smoothly again. no thanks to sound dynamics.

Excellent, excellent, excellent service from all the team at Sound Dynamics! They are not only uber friendly, but their knowledge is outstanding. They have all been very helpful every time I have called them for advice. I am a personal fitness trainer running online cardio classes and I couldn't have done it so professionally without them!

Purchased a trantec body pack before lockdown, I didn’t have the opportunity to use the pack as I didn’t teach at the gym I could use the pack at. We’ve come out of lockdown & I had the opportunity to use it only to find there’s no way to change the channel. So far I have paid to send it back, been accused of using a paper clip on it & borrowing it to someone.. I’ve no idea how if I had borrowed the pack to someone I would have forgotten as we have had no opportunities to even teach. I’ve also been asked to pay for the pack to be repaired as it’s out of warranty, which I understand however considering we have been in a pandemic surely a bit of give a take would be a professional way to deal with this. The company have also tried to sell me an even more expensive pack in its place even though I explained I haven’t worked through lockdown. Utter greed & very unprofessional way to deal with a customer that had purchased a fair few item.

Purchased one of there rx12 portable speakers and have always had trouble with mic not connecting and within 8 month battery life is shocking. Will not even last an hour, looses charge instantly. After messing fb and 3 emails with no reply 😒 very disappointed
Edit. I have now gotten intouch with company and problem is being resolved which I am grateful for.

My wife purchased a speaker P.A system, she had several headsets replaced, x 2 transmitter boxes replaced item is still not working correctly. Made her pay return postage, not happy for a speaker that has never worked correctly since purchase .Only 4 mths old
