Ian was recommended to me by a friend and I’m SO glad we used him to get us our joint mortgage. I will definitely recommend him to any friends and family in future without hesitation. He was really helpful in deciding which mortgage to go for. We spent a little bit of time going through some paperwork and he took answers to a series of questions over the phone and off he went to sort it out. This literally saved us hours in calls to banks trying to do it ourselves. He kept us updated along the way and was only ever a WhatsApp away with any questions we might have. He also managed to get us what we wanted despite a slight hurdle (one of us being a first time buyer) where a bank might have just said no. If you’re unsure about the question of ‘the fee’, don’t worry! The mortgage provider covers this so you’ve really got absolutely nothing to lose!
